What we process
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, project notes.
- Theme preference: light/dark mode stored in your browser via
localStorage(not a cookie). - Technical logs: hosting (Cloudflare) access logs — IP, user-agent, request path — for security and uptime.
We do not run marketing cookies, analytics pixels, or ad trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used to answer your quote request and to talk before a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry). Technical storage is required to run the site.
Transfers
The contact form posts to Kit.com (ConvertKit), a US processor.
Form contents leave Turkey / the EEA. Font Awesome loads from cdnjs.cloudflare.com.
Retention
Form records are kept until the request is closed and for a reasonable period after (typically 24 months), or until you ask us to delete them. Theme preference stays only on your device. Server logs follow the host’s retention.
Your rights
You may ask whether we process your data, and request correction, deletion, or a list of recipients (KVKK art. 11). Email tugaymandalbusiness@gmail.com.
Cookies
We do not set non-essential cookies. Theme preference uses localStorage. This page will be updated if analytics is added.
